Job Summary: This is an urgent requirement We are hiring a seasoned Manager – Network Administration (Level 3) responsible for designing, managing, and securing enterprise-wide network infrastructure. This role covers multiple geographic locations including cloud, local Head Office data centers, and disaster recovery sites. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with enterprise-grade firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless technologies with a focus on performance, scalability, and high availability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Network Infrastructure Management Design, deploy, and manage LAN/WAN networks across head office, branches, and DR sites using Cisco routers and switches . Ensure network availability, redundancy, and performance monitoring using NMS tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.). Configure and maintain UniFi and Cisco wireless solutions across office locations for secure and seamless Wi-Fi access. 2. Firewall and Perimeter Security Configure and manage SonicWALL and Palo Alto firewalls , ensuring optimal ruleset management, threat prevention, and VPN configurations. Implement site-to-site VPNs and SSL VPNs for secure remote access. Regularly audit firewall logs and policies to ensure compliance with internal security controls. 3. Cloud Networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) Configure VPC, routing, and firewall rules for hybrid cloud environments. Maintain secure connectivity between cloud workloads and on-prem infrastructure using VPN/Direct Connect. Monitor cloud network traffic for cost optimization and anomaly detection. 4. Data Center (DC) & Disaster Recovery (DR) Oversee the network architecture and configuration for on-premises Head Office DC and DR locations . Participate in DR drills and ensure seamless network failover and data replication readiness. Maintain runbooks and network topology documentation for DC/DR. 5. Security & Compliance Implement and enforce network access controls, segmentation, and patch management aligned with ISO 27001 and PCI DSS. Collaborate with the Information Security Team for regular vulnerability assessments and remediation planning. 6. Leadership & Vendor Management Lead and mentor Level 1 and 2 network engineers across locations. Manage ISP and OEM relationships for hardware/software renewals, AMC, and SLA compliance. Evaluate new networking tools and technologies to improve efficiency and resilience. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or IT. 7–10 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial capacity. Certifications like CCNP or CCNA is preferred. Strong hands-on expertise with: Cisco routers and switches Palo Alto and SonicWALL firewalls UniFi and Cisco wireless systems Cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP) Key Skills: Multi-site network administration Firewall and VPN security management Cloud and hybrid network design Wireless infrastructure (UniFi/Cisco) DC-DR planning and failover testing Network performance monitoring and troubleshooting Team and vendor management Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Application Question(s): How many Years of relevant experience you have in managing the Firewalls.
