This role will focus on driving brand awareness growth, brand engagement, and eCommerce performance, while ensuring that every initiative contributes to long-term business growth: - Develop and execute marketing plans based on competitive analysis and past performance data, - Ensure alignment and orchestration across the teams and budget to create cohesive, high-performing marketing initiatives and ROI - Track results, drawing key learning to optimize future campaigns and strategies for ongoing improvement. Marketing Planning & Strategy : ● Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. This includes the creation: ○ strategic roadmaps ○ calendars and short-term tactical initiatives. ○ launch marketing plans that include integrated advertising campaigns, influencer partnerships, social media activation's, email marketing, and targeted promotions ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing plans are aligned with the overall business strategy and that resources are effectively allocated to meet objectives. ● Utilise competitive analysis and insights from past performance data to inform marketing strategies, ensuring we stay ahead of market trends and outperform competitors. ● Plan and prioritize marketing initiatives based on business goals, customer insights, and market opportunities, ensuring a balanced focus on both immediate sales and long-term brand development. ● Ensure messaging consistency across all marketing channels, including digital, social, email, SEO, content marketing, PR, social media and traditional media, through cohesive planning and execution. ● Ensure consistency across all regions (US, India, UK) ● Track results from marketing initiatives, drawing key learnings to optimize future campaigns and strategies for ongoing improvement. Data-Driven Insights & Performance Analytics: ● Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, eCommerce initiatives, and brand engagement efforts. Track key metrics such as engagement rates, website traffic, CAC (customer acquisition cost), LTV (customer lifetime value), and ROI. ● Conduct competitive bench marking and customer behaviour analysis to assess marketing performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure we are positioned effectively in the market. ● Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership, offering recommendations for adjustments to marketing plans based on data and competitive trends. ● Track customer engagement trends over time and adjust campaigns based on what Cross-Functional Collaboration, Budget & Resource Management: ● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including growth marketing, product development, customer service, and Tech, to ensure alignment on all initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. ● Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support brand-building and performance-driven initiatives. ● Monitor budget performance, making adjustments as needed to maximise ROI across campaigns, product launches, and brand-building initiatives.
