Job Title : Business Development Manager

Department : Sales & Marketing

Location : Anywhere in Hyderabad Reporting to : Business Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager from the furniture industry, preferably with an established network of architects, interior designers, and project consultants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence through project-based and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the furniture and interior solutions segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and consultants to generate leads and project tie-ups.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings as per client and market needs.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to promote the brand.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and growth strategies to senior management.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship management through regular follow-ups and service coordination.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or project sales in the furniture or interiors industry.
  • Strong network and rapport with architects, designers, PMC, and real estate developers.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as required.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and project sales lifecycle is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
