Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating quality leads through public relations, personal and professional networks, and converting them into long-term clients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, market understanding, and a passion for real estate sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Networking:
  • Generate quality leads through personal contacts, industry networks, and strategic public relations.
  • Actively build relationships with HNIs, brokers, channel partners, and corporate professionals.
  • Leverage existing PR relationships to build brand credibility and attract investor interest.
  • Client Acquisition & Management:
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to promote ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Identify client requirements and offer suitable property solutions.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Plan and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adjust pitch accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align BD activities with promotional campaigns.
  • Reporting & Follow-up:
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, client meetings, and deal status.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and targets achieved.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or business development.
  • Strong network of HNIs, investors, industry professionals, and media/PR contacts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients across locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
