MIS Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of MIS executives.
Prepare and analyze
daily sales reports
from sales representatives across regions.
Monitor and generate
attendance reports
for field staff on a daily basis.
Create dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and other advanced Excel tools to enhance reporting efficiency.
Work closely with the Sales and HR teams to track performance, compliance, and workforce productivity.
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of data at all times.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in reports and provide root cause analysis.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance and trend analysis reports for management.

Required Skills:

Proven experience (5+ years) in MIS reporting and data analysis roles.
Strong command of
MS Excel and Advanced Excel
(Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Power Query, etc.).
Experience in managing a small to mid-size team.
Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver reports on tight deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with CRM or call tracking systems.
