Role Description This is a full-time role for an Implant - Product Trainer, located on-site in Gurugram. The Product Trainer will be responsible for conducting product training sessions, delivering presentations, and developing training materials. The role involves analyzing product effectiveness, providing analytical insights on training outcomes, and ensuring clear and effective communication with healthcare professionals. The Product Trainer will also be responsible for continually updating training programs to align with new products and advancements in the field. Qualifications: · Deliver in-depth product and Implant training sessions to sales teams to enhance their knowledge of dental implant systems and procedures. · Participate in and support workshops, conferences, and other scientific events as an Implant expert and product trainer. · Assist in live implant surgeries on patients, demonstrating Implant techniques and best practices. · Support on-ground training and mentoring for implant placements. · Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align training content with business needs. · Stay updated with the latest implantology advancements and incorporate relevant insights into training programs. · Provide post-training support and feedback to ensure knowledge retention and practical application. · Travel extensively to different regions to conduct training sessions and attend events. Qualifications: Ø Educational Qualification: MDS (Master of Dental Surgery) – Ø Implant Experience: Must have performed dental implant surgeries on patients. Ø Strong understanding of implant systems, surgical protocols, and oral rehabilitation. Ø Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
