Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Managerial Information Systems Manager located in Chennai. The Managerial Information Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing information systems, utilizing analytical skills, managing information technology, system administration, and providing technical support on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for developing and executing MIS strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Manages IRDAI reporting, dashboard creation, and data analytics to support decision-making. Collaborates with IT for system upgrades and MIS solutions. Leads and mentors the MIS team for efficient performance and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and dashboard creation
• Strong experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) and business reporting
• Solid understanding of Finance, Insurance, and Regulatory (IRDAI) reporting requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
