Job Title: Learning and Development (L&D) Executive / Manager Department: Human Resources Location: Coimbatore Reporting To: HR Manager Job Overview: The L&D Executive is responsible for identifying learning needs, developing training programs, and driving initiatives that enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness. The role ensures continuous professional development aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Training Needs Analysis: Conduct regular assessments through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and stakeholder inputs to identify development areas. Program Design & Delivery: Design, coordinate, and implement training modules—both technical and soft skills—across all levels of the organization. Learning Management System (LMS): Manage and update the LMS platform, ensuring content is current and user engagement is monitored. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external trainers and consultants as needed for specialized training requirements. Training Calendar & Budgeting: Prepare and maintain the annual training calendar and manage training budgets effectively. Feedback & Evaluation: Collect feedback, measure training effectiveness (ROI), and implement improvements. Employee Engagement: Promote a culture of learning and development through various engagement initiatives, workshops, and learning campaigns. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong facilitation and presentation abilities Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methods Analytical thinking with the ability to measure training impact Organizational and time management skills Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in L&D.s Certification in Training & Development / Instructional Design is an advantage Show more Show less
