Job Description

Role- Lead People Operations & Administration.

Location-Vile Parle, Mumbai

Working Days - 6 Days Working. Shift : 10:15 AM -6:45 PM.

Budget-8-18 LPA

Looking for someone who can join in maximum 15-30 Days. The person should have Experience in working with Manufacturing and retails sector. Opening is for one of the India's premium furniture Industry.

Role Summary

Own the end-to-end employee-life-cycle, payroll support, engagement programmes and office/facility operations for a 1 000-employee multi-site organisation. You will lead a small HR-ops team and an admin executive pool to ensure every new hire, existing employee and visitor experiences a smooth, compliant and engaging workplace—while keeping cost, accuracy and service-level metrics firmly on track.

Core Responsibilities

On-boarding & Exit Operations

  • Seating / Placing, IT, access & induction for all Indian & expatriate joiners
  • Master employee data entry in HR software, ID cards, bank forms, cost-centre tagging
  • Generate offer / appointment / NDA / confirmation / extension / termination letters
  • Coordinate exit interviews, asset handover, final-settlement inputs

Payroll & Statutory Support

  • Liaise with payroll vendor for monthly inputs, hold list, deductions
  • Resolve PF, ESI & income-tax queries; 100 % UAN activation
  • Publish monthly headcount & cost centre reports to Finance

Employee Engagement

  • Own calendar of birthdays, festivals, rewards, newsletter, fun-day, CSR picnics
  • Source gifts for Women’s Day, Men’s Day, Sankranti, etc.
  • Prepare and update yearly leave calendar in portal

Office & Facility Administration

  • Manage housekeeping, security, pest control, pantry, stationery, water & vending contracts
  • Track upkeep tickets (AC, lights, chairs, washrooms) and close within SLA
  • Process vendor bills; maintain cost tracker

Travel & Accommodation

  • Book hotels, taxis, flights for employees & visitors; arrange visas/invites for foreigners
  • Coordinate expat housing and Palghar / Wada factory shuttles

Branch & Factory HR Coordination

  • Follow up with plant HRs on licences, documents, uniform/shoe allotments
  • Prepare consolidated MIS for VP-HR; schedule monthly cross-site HR meeting

Data & Systems

  • Maintain 0-error employee master in GreytHR software & expense software format
  • Generate weekly MIS on joins, exits, leave, engagement spend.

Qualifications & Experience

· MBA / PG in HR or Business Administration

· 7 – 10 years in HR operations or people-ops, with at least 2 years managing both HR-ops & admin vendors for 500+ employees

· Working knowledge of payroll, PF/ESIC portals, HRIS (GreytHR/Other HR Softwares), MS Excel/Power BI

· Proven event/engagement programme roll-outs and facility-management coordination
