We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Manager to accelerate our growth engine.


Job Overview:

As the Lead Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads for our HRMS and CRM products. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to fuel the sales pipeline, identify potential customers, and support our revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement multi-channel lead generation strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, webinars, etc.)

Create targeted campaigns to drive awareness and generate qualified leads for HRMS and CRM products.

Manage and optimize lead funnels to improve conversion rates.

Conduct thorough research on prospective clients, industry trends, and competitors.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create relevant content and messaging aligned with buyer personas.

Track and report KPIs like lead volume, quality, conversion rates, and ROI.

Work with sales to ensure a smooth handover and follow-up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

Utilize CRM tools and lead databases to manage campaigns and workflows effectively.

Continuously experiment and A/B test channels, messaging, and formats to improve results.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

7 - 12 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS lead generation, preferably in HRMS or CRM products.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead scoring, and nurturing techniques.

Experience with lead generation tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.

Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience generating leads in international & National markets.

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and email marketing platforms.

Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
