Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads.
• Use tools and channels (e.g., social media, email campaigns, cold calling) to generate new leads.

Lead Qualification:

• Reach out to leads to gather information and assess their needs.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria (e.g., budget, authority, need, timeline).

Campaign Management:

• Create and manage email campaigns to nurture and engage leads.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance to optimise results.

Content Coordination:

• Collaborate with the content team to develop materials that support lead generation and qualification efforts.
• Ensure content is aligned with lead needs and company messaging.

Lead Enrichment and Scoring:

• Enrich lead data with additional information to improve lead quality.
• Score leads based on predefined criteria to prioritise follow-up efforts.

Reporting and Feedback:

• Track and report key performance metrics related to lead generation and qualification.
• Provide feedback to the pre-sales lead on the effectiveness of strategies and tools.
