Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a smart, driven, and well-connected lead generation executive to join our events team. Your primary responsibility will be to research and build a pipeline of potential sponsors, exhibitors from the crypto, blockchain, and Web3 industry looking to reach a global, engaged audience.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Research and build a pipeline of potential sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, and strategic partners across AI, Blockchain, Web3, and other tech sectors.
  • Execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads for the BD/Sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead lists in CRM/spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
  • Align with BD and marketing teams to support campaigns, events, and webinars.
  • Track outreach performance, analyze lead quality, and share weekly lead generation reports.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, market research, or B2B prospecting, preferably in tech/media/events.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to identify and qualify potential clients across global markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) and outreach tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Basic understanding of emerging tech domains like Blockchain, AI, and Web3.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven, with strong organizational and communication skills.
