Specializing in iOS, Android, cross-platform app development, and web technologies, MobileCoderz serves a global clientele across various industries including healthcare, e-commerce, travel, and fintech. With a team of over 100 skilled professionals, the company emphasizes quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. Their Noida office, located in Sector 63, is the core hub for engineering, design, and project management, making MobileCoderz a reputed name among tech firms in the NCR region. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients via outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Research target accounts, understand their pain points, and personalize outreach accordingly. Qualify outbound leads using frameworks like BANT or CHAMP. Schedule discovery calls with prospects. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM. Track and report on KPIs such as outreach volume, meetings booked, and conversion rates. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and technology offerings. Follow up with leads regularly and nurture dormant contacts to revive interest Qualifications 2–3 years of proven inside sales or business development experience in IT services, SaaS, or consulting. Strong understanding of IT services and the ability to speak confidently about software development, cloud, or digital transformation. Hands-on experience with CRMs. Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills in English. Track record of hitting or exceeding lead generation and meeting-booking targets. Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify prospects. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
