Lead Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and trends
  

• Work with structured and unstructured data (text files), and ensuring data
  

• Develop strong understanding of the business model & operational workflows of the
  

• Leverage data analytics to identify business and process issues, collaborating with
  

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports, ensuring accurate and
  

• Automate repetitive data reporting tasks to enhance efficiency and reduce manual
  

• Provide data support for ad - hoc requests, ensuring quick turnaround on project
  

• Collaborate with cross - functional teams to understand market - specific data
  

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to relay data findings, progress
  

Tools And Skills

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering,
  

• 3 + years of experience with solid analytical skills and a hands - on experience in
  

• Experience with AWS (cloud services) and data processing tools like Apache Hive .
• Strong experience in dashboarding and reporting tools like Tableau and Excel .
• Excellent communication skills ( English and Spanish ) for effective stakeholder
  

• Hands - on experience with JIRA or other project management tools to track tasks
  

• Advanced data science and machine learning skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment (2 -
