Job Purpose/ Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Training Academy Lead to oversee the operations of one of the five regional Sintex Learning Academies across India. The Academy Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring high-quality training delivery and leading a team of trainers who provide product, sales, and behavioural training.

The Academy Lead will report to the Head of Training and Head of Sales and Category and will play a critical role in establishing the Academy as a world-class learning institution.

Principal Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities:
Assessment & Development Centres: Design and implement Assessment and Development Centres (ADCs. to identify high-potential talent and create development plans across functions.Work closely with the Group L&D team to anchor flagship leadership development programs like GLP (Global Leadership Program. and FLP (Future Leaders Program..Young Talent Programs: Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of early career programs including Summer Internships, Management Trainee (MT., and Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET. cohorts – focusing on onboarding, learning journeys, and structured career development.DEI: Drive enterprise-wide DEI learning efforts, with a special focus on empowering Women of Sintex through curated learning programs, mentorship and inclusive leadership enablement.Employer Branding: Collaborate with Sintex Corporate Communications to position Sintex as an employer of choice through storytelling, social media campaigns and showcasing talent and learning success stories internally and externally.Impact Measurement & Dashboards: Develop and maintain structured impact dashboards to track program effectiveness. Leverage data and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement and enable business-aligned decision-making.Employee Engagement & Communication Platforms: Manage key engagement platforms like WeLissen, 555 Pulse Survey and Town-halls to promote a culture of open communication, psychological safety and employee voice.Qualifications: Master’s degree in HR / Psychology / OD or a related field. ? 10–14 years of experience in L&D, Talent Management or OD roles.Demonstrated experience in ADC design and young talent development. ? Understanding of leadership development frameworks and DEI principles.Strong storytelling and communication skills for employer branding initiatives.Proficient in learning metrics, data analysis and feedback tools.Skilled at working cross-functionally with business and group-level teams. Preferred Qualifications: ? Certification in psychometric tools (e.g., MBTI, DISC, Hogan. ? Experience in manufacturing, field workforce, or infrastructure sectors.Familiarity with LXPs, LMS platforms, and internal communication toolsWhy Join Us?
