Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize crop yields, reduce waste, and improve productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate horticulture practices into overall plant operations. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in flouriculture or related field (horticulture & landscaping). B.Sc / B.Tech/B.E. degree in Agriculture or relevant discipline. Strong understanding of agricultural science principles applied to industrial settings.
