Job Description

Job Purpose

To provide

Level 2 support

for Turing’s

DCMS (Debit Card Management System)

, ATM switching services, and

M2P platform

integrations. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted card transactions, monitoring switch processes, handling settlement file validations, and addressing production issues across debit card issuance and transaction systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Card & Switch Monitoring
  • Monitor ATM/POS/Ecom transactions across DCMS and switching platforms.
  • Ensure authorization systems (e.g., M2P Switch or NPCI interfaces) are up and performing to expected standards.
  • Analyze and act upon transaction failures, reversals, or declines due to system/configuration issues.
  • DCMS Application Support
  • Perform L2 support for card lifecycle management (issuance, hotlisting, PIN reset, renewals).
  • Manage card-bin configurations, product setup, and branch mapping.
  • Coordinate with L1 teams for card-related service tickets and log issues with L3/vendor as needed.
  • File Processing & Settlement
  • Validate and monitor file exchanges with NPCI (e.g., debit switches, settlement files, chargebacks).
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of interchange fees, transaction clearing, and settlement reports.
  • Support chargeback dispute investigations and reversals.
  • Incident & Change Management
  • Log incidents in ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow), document resolutions, and close within defined SLAs.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and network teams for switch availability or connectivity issues.
  • Participate in change deployments, release validations, and UAT support for card platform enhancements.
  • Reporting, Audit & Compliance
  • Generate and validate MIS reports, ATM uptime, failed transactions, and settlement summaries.
  • Support audit queries related to card management and switch controls.
  • Maintain documentation for RCA, operational SOPs, and knowledge articles.

  • Effective communication with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., M2P, NPCI).
  • Ability to work under pressure during downtime, cutoffs, or reconciliation windows.

Preferred Certifications

  • PCI-DSS awareness (optional)
  • ISO 8583 protocol knowledge
  • ITIL Foundation – preferred

Work Schedule

  • Rotational shifts, including weekend/holiday support for ATM & settlement operations.
  • On-call availability during EOD, settlement cutoffs, or major outages.
