FilFlo is building an AI-native platform that gives D2C and omnichannel brands real-time control over every step of their supply chain, from raw-material procurement to last-mile delivery. We already power operations for Sleepy Owl Coffee, Anveshan, PTAL and other fast-growing brands, and we’re scaling quickly.

• Ship end-to-end features

  across our Next.js web app and Node.js services (inventory, procurement, production, finance).

• Design scalable APIs & data models

  with Express/tRPC, MongoDB (Mongoose) and TypeScript.

• Craft polished UIs

  with React, App Router, Material-UI and Tailwind.

• Super-charge your workflow with AI

  —Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor—whatever gets the job done faster and cleaner.
• Write clean, tested code, review PRs, and leave the codebase better than you found it.
• Pair with product & ops teams to turn messy warehouse problems into elegant software.

Must-haves

• 1-2 yrs professional MERN experience (or killer projects)
• Solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals
• Comfort with React + Next.js (App Router)
• Node.js + Express (or tRPC) API development
• MongoDB design & Mongoose ODM
• Habit of using AI coding assistants daily

Nice-to-haves:

• JWT/OAuth, RBAC, multi-tenant SaaS
• Experience with PDF or QR code generation
• Exposure to ERP, WMS or inventory systems
• DevOps basics (Docker, Fly.io/AWS/GCP)
• Performance profiling & optimisation
