About the Role

Sales Junior

Responsibility

• Identify and qualify leads through research, outreach, and follow-up.
• Support senior sales executives in developing and nurturing client relationships.
• Assist with preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product demos.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Help manage the sales pipeline and update weekly/monthly reports.
• Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and product training sessions.
• Provide prompt responses to customer queries and coordinate with other departments when needed.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.

Requirements

• Must achieve assigned targets and KRAs within defined timelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6–12 months of experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with sales tools like CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
• Good understanding of the sales cycle and customer engagement strategies.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
