📍 Location: Onsite 🕒 Type: Full-time 📅 Experience: 0–6 months About the role As a Junior Frontend Developer at DBTech, you'll bring UI/UX designs to life through clean, responsive code. From collaborating with designers to integrating APIs, your work will shape seamless digital experiences. You’ll learn by doing, grow by building, and contribute to something meaningful from day one. Join us and be part of a team that values skill, support, and impact. ✅ Tasks & Duties As a Junior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for transforming creative UI/UX designs into responsive, user-friendly web interfaces. Your day-to-day work will involve: Developing clean, scalable, and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. Converting UI/UX designs (from tools like Figma/Adobe XD) into high-quality, functional code. Ensuring seamless performance and cross-browser compatibility across all major browsers and devices. Maintaining and developing reusable components and frontend libraries for future use. Working with RESTful APIs to integrate backend data with frontend views. Debugging and fixing UI bugs while ensuring accessibility standards are met. Optimizing application performance by applying modern web best practices such as lazy loading, image optimization, and code splitting. Managing code using Git, and collaborating with the team through version control workflows (branches, pull requests, merges). Participating in daily standups, code reviews, and sprint planning meetings. Keeping up with the latest frontend trends, libraries, and tools for continuous improvement. 🎯 What We Expect From You Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js. Good sense of design fidelity and user-centric thinking. Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and browser compatibility. Ability to integrate and display data from backend APIs accurately. Discipline in using Git, following proper commit practices, and working in a collaborative codebase. Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and applying best coding practices. Responsibility in managing your own deadlines, bugs, and features. Effective communication and coordination with designers, backend developers, and senior engineers.
