Job Title: Java Microservices Developer (Spring Boot) Location: Chennai ( Onsite ) Long term of Contract ( Every 6 months its going to renew ) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Microservices Developer with a strong background in Spring Boot to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based applications that are scalable, resilient, and secure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and resilient microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient communication between services. Implement service orchestration, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines. Optimize microservices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. Collaborate with architects, DevOps, QA, and front-end developers to deliver end-to-end solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development cycles. Monitor and troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and availability. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–7 years of experience in backend development using Java. Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, and related technologies. Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and working with JSON/XML data formats. Proficiency in working with microservices architecture and container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes. Solid understanding of Relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. Knowledge of security best practices, including OAuth2, JWT, and API gateways. Strong understanding of software design principles, including SOLID and design patterns. Show more Show less
