Java Backend Developer

Job Title: Java Backend Developer Experience: 3–8 years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with a strong command of Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have a passion for building scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and microservices using Java 8 and Spring Boot. Build and expose RESTful APIs to support frontend and third-party integrations. Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of backend services. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps teams, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and stability. Document technical solutions, workflows, and configurations. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java 8+. Solid hands-on experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture. Good understanding of web services, HTTP protocols, and API security. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases. Good to Have: Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with logging and monitoring tools like ELK stack, Prometheus, or Grafana. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3–8 years of experience in backend development using Java technologies.
