Java Backend Developer - Spring Boot

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality and efficient backend solutions primarily using Java and related technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, etc.)
• Develop and maintain robust and RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other teams to integrate backend services.
• Utilize your experience with Node.js and JavaScript to contribute to specific projects or integrations as needed.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to backend systems.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Work with databases (e.g., relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in Java and backend development.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and provide technical insights.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Work effectively in a remote team environment, communicating clearly and :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience as a Backend Developer, with a primary focus on Java.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, etc.)
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Solid working knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript, with the ability to apply these skills to backend development or integration tasks.
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
