In order to meet our growth plans, we are looking for young, dynamic and result-oriented candidates. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Procurement for Mumbai location. We are looking with relevant experience of minimum 5-6 years in IT Procurement role. Job Responsibilities Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies for IT Equipment like Computer, Server, Storage, Networking equipment, Networking links, UPS & Battery, EPBAX, Access control device, Application software, AMC of IT equipment & Renewal of Software subscription. Discover Potential suppliers and initiate strategic partnerships with vendor. Prepare RFP/RFQ along with Key terms and float the enquiry to Potential vendors available in the Market. Negotiate with vendors to get best competitive prices. Ability to evaluate technical parameter and commercial evaluation to be done based on technical parameter. Obtain management approval from delegation Authority after evaluation in all aspect. Finalize Purchase Orders along with key commercial terms to safeguard organization interest in long run. Follow-up with vendor for delivery of Goods/Services on time to meet Project deadline. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Collaborate with key persons in the organization to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company. Expect unfavorable events through analysis of past data and prepare control strategies. Define Policy of each Standard Products along fixed rate card for repetitive Purchased Item. Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements. Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs. Renewal of AMC IT equipment and software subscription before expiry of warranty/AMC. Define Strong Service Level Agreement (SLA) with vendor to get timely support.
