🚨 We're Hiring! - Area Sales Manager – SME (Loan Against Property) 📍 Location: Thane 🕒 Experience Required: 10 Years 🎓 Minimum Qualification: Graduate 👥 Team Handling Experience: Minimum 4 Years 🔄 Industry: Financial Services / NBFC / Banking We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager – SME (LAP) to drive business growth and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, processing, and disbursing Loan Against Property (LAP) files while managing strong relationships with channel partners and DSAs. Key Responsibilities: • Contribute in sourcing to loan disbursement of LAP files • Oversee the entire process from sourcing to disbursement of LAP files sourced by RMs • Should have strong market connect with 50+ DSA channels • Sound understanding of LAP programs like Vanilla Income, Low LTV, Banking Products, NIP/LIP • Basic understanding of financials and P&L management • Plan and schedule daily field visits with team to meet channel partners and build long-term relationships • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of LAP product, eligibility, valuation, and risk assessment • Take ownership of monthly login activities with accurate and timely documentation • Meet self-assigned disbursal targets in line with internal credit policies • Minimum 4 years of team handling experience is a must • Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with existing DSAs and onboard new partners • Should have a proven track record and recognition in current or previous assignments Essential Skills & Competencies: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • In-depth knowledge of LAP products • Sales leadership and performance management • Financial acumen with basic understanding of P&L • Strategic thinking and execution Behavioral Attributes: • Adaptable and self-motivated • Team player with a growth mindset • Willingness to travel frequently for business development Other Details: 📩 Interested Candidates can apply or share their CV at ashikhandelwal@rathi.com Show more Show less
