Information Technology Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Manager located in Noida. The Information Technology Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the IT department, ensuring efficient and secure operations. Day-to-day tasks include leading IT projects, managing IT staff, developing and implementing IT policies and systems, troubleshooting and resolving tech issues, and collaborating with other departments to meet business objectives. The IT Manager will also handle budget management, vendor negotiations, and compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading IT projects and managing IT teams
• Strong knowledge of IT policies, systems, and best practices
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Skills in budgeting, vendor negotiations, and compliance management
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in cloud services and cybersecurity is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
