About the Role We are seeking an Assistant Team Leader (ATL) for our international voice process, focused on B2B sales and client servicing. This is a leadership role designed for a candidate with proven B2B experience, especially within the import-export domain, and the ability to motivate and manage teams working with international clients. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of B2B sales and client service executives for international voice processes Monitor daily team activities, ensure achievement of KPIs and sales/service targets Conduct regular coaching, training, and feedback sessions to improve team performance Handle escalated client queries and ensure prompt, high-quality service delivery Analyze team performance reports including call metrics, lead conversion, and closures Collaborate with senior management for continuous process improvement Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Team Leader in an international voice process (preferably in B2B portals or the import-export sector) Strong background in B2B sales and customer engagement, especially with global clients Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Experience handling international clients across multiple time zones Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets for reporting and tracking Proven leadership qualities with experience in team motivation and performance management Availability to work night shifts aligned with international business hours What We Offer Competitive salary aligned with industry standards and based on experience Performance-based incentives Executive dinner allowance for night shifts Fast-paced career growth and internal advancement opportunities Collaborative and supportive work culture Inclusive environment with a strong focus on leadership development To apply, submit your updated resume via LinkedIn or reach out to us at hr@exportersworlds.com Show more Show less
