Job Title: Paid Media Intern Location: Gurgaon Duration: 3 months Stipend: ₹12,000/month Position Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Intern to join ourteam and assist in managing ad campaigns for Ultra IRIS—our cutting-edge AI-powered ad optimization platform built for Walled Garden ecosystems like Meta andGoogle.This internship offers hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital adoperations, and marketing automation, with exposure to real campaigns and leading-edge technologies in the martech space. You’ll work closely with experts acrossproduct, ad operations, and sales to see how AI is transforming advertising. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution and Monitoring Assist in setting up and monitoring ad campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google Ads. Coordinate creative assets, tracking links, and timelines with internal teams. Monitor campaign pacing and performance, escalating issues as needed Platform Operations and Reporting Learn and use Ultra Prism’s automation tools for campaign setup and optimization Help implement AI-based strategies for targeting, bidding, and creatives Generate performance reports via dashboards and Excel Ensure accurate tracking using tools like Google Analytics and MMPs (e.g.,AppsFlyer, Adjust) Work with internal teams to align campaign goals and execution plans Participate in campaign QA, audits, and maintaining process documentation Help maintain operational checklists and trackers for ongoing tasks Who You Are: Comfortable with basic concepts of digital marketing and platforms like Meta Ads or Google Ads (certifications are a plus) Proficient with Excel and presentation tools like PowerPoint Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Curious about AI, automation, and martech innovations Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications,business, or related fields What You’ll Gain: Real-world experience in executing live ad campaigns and understanding KPIs Exposure to AI-powered marketing automation tools Mentorship from experienced martech professionals A portfolio of work and practical knowledge for building a future career in digital advertising and media planning.
