Implementation Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient IT Implementation Engineer to lead and support the deployment of IT solutions for our clients or internal systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, developers, and clients to ensure smooth implementation, configuration, and integration of IT systems across various environments. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute the implementation of IT infrastructure, systems, or applications. Configure hardware, software, and networks to client or company specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Conduct system testing and validation procedures to ensure optimal performance. Provide on-site or remote technical support during and after the implementation process. Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials. Troubleshoot and resolve implementation-related issues. Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices. Assist in post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 1+ year of experience in IT system implementation, deployment, or a related role. Strong understanding of networking, servers, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and operating systems (Windows/Linux). Hands-on experience with enterprise software deployment or ERP/CRM systems is a plus. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
