Job Description


As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful

deployment of our WMS (Warehouse Management System) solution for clients. Acting as a

strategic partner, you will work closely with both client stakeholders and internal teams to

understand business objectives, design tailored implementation strategies, and drive

end-to-end execution. Your focus will be on delivering value through effective project

management, clear communication, and alignment with customer goals—ensuring a smooth

transition and long-term success with Shipsy's solution.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building

    Build strong stakeholder relationships through on-site visits. Align client objectives with product solutions.
  • Prepare detailed BRD for implementation

    Work closely with clients and pre-sales team to detail solutioning. Prepare clear BRDs explaining process workflows and exception scenarios.
  • Customer Success Management

    Serve as trusted advisor addressing client needs proactively. Ensure adoption of new features and solutions. Review performance metrics and KPIs regularly.
  • Lead Implementation project for client

    Drive implementation projects collaboratively with clients, pre-sales, and product teams. Apply project management best practices. Deliver projects within agreed timelines, resources, and scope.
  • Data-Driven Insights

    Leverage data to provide actionable customer insights. Monitor product adoption, engagement levels, and churn risk. Suggest improvements based on analysis.
  • Customer Training & Enablement

    Provide client training and resources for full product utilization. Develop customized learning paths and onboarding plans. Accelerate time-to-value.
  • Infant Care & handover to support

    Manage infant care and close all implementation points. Create customer SOPs for client and internal support use. Handover projects to Support and KAM teams.
  • Customer Feedback Loop

    Act as voice of customer within organization. Provide feedback to product teams for improvements and new feature development.


Role Requirements:

● Good first principle thinker

● Understanding of supply chain principals and warehouse operations in detail.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Master’s degree is a

plus.

● 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consulting role

within a Supply Chain, SaaS or tech-driven company.

● Experience in managing projects and working in a collaborative environment.

● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
