Job Description

  1. Provide consulting, lead, and manage transformation engagements by understanding 'as-is' business processes, design 'to-be' processes, analyse/capture talent requirements and pain areas by conducting workshops, if necessary, perform fit-gap analysis, carry out benchmarking studies, and resolve complex requirements
  2. Led and managed a range of transformation and effectiveness programs (end-to-end cycle) in line with digital and process transformation/reengineering objectives across the organisation.
  3. Solution designing and developing customised solutions and creating/presenting collaterals to leadership teams (CXOs & Business Heads)
  4. Proactively leads the delivery and deployment of new HR Practices and global programs, and reviews/redefines existing ones
  5. Implement important talent projects not limited to Future Work Model, overall Talent Management, Organisation Design and Structuring Workforce Planning, Organisation Change Management, establishing various HR functions in the Organisation, etc
  6. Cross-geography expertise in talent transformation, policy designing, and harmonisation through benchmarking, revamp, development and multi-channel socialisation of policies and processes impacting up to 8000 plus people.
  7. Partner in organisational design initiatives in alignment with business strategies through organisation-wide restructuring and change management, enabling the organisation/business to launch desired frameworks/policies. Driven multiple divestitures, mergers, and acquisitions-related projects from a people standpoint.
  8. Designed and delivered performance and rewards processes and projects impacting multiple talent segments and special revenue groups, thus ensuring internal and external parity in rewards, appropriate deployment of critical people as per business needs, and retention of key talent.
  9. Manage talent programs and deliver people analytics, talent dashboards and systems-related outputs and projects for up to 8000-plus people data, thus facilitating faster and data-driven decision making for business leaders and other key stakeholders.
  10. Develop metrics and leverage HR analytics to track the progress of HR programs and create comprehensive review decks for the Leadership team
  11. Managed multi-level projects and stakeholder engagement/relationship through various levels of organisational hierarchy and across regions, ensuring appropriate advisory and collaboration with business leaders/managers, other key stakeholders, and vendors, leading to seamless delivery of processes and projects.
