Exact Job Title: HR Manager - Operations

We seek a candidate who will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day HR processes and fostering an engaged, motivated, and high-performing workforce. This role is responsible for managing operational HR activities spanning employee life-cycle management, recognition programs, payroll, and grievance handling.

Key Objectives

• Deliver smooth and compliant HR operations covering the full employee life cycle.
• Ensure a strong focus on employee experience through recognition, onboarding, and grievance resolution.
• Support organizational agility and growth by facilitating internal mobility and effective exit management.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure smooth assimilation and cultural alignment.
• Manage payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead employee recognition, engagement initiatives, and service milestone programs.
• Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and promote an inclusive work environment.
• Oversee exit processes, analyze feedback, and recommend retention improvements.
• Coordinate internal job transfers and support career progression initiatives.
• Manage HR operations, records, and policy compliance in partnership with managers.

Required Qualifications

• MBA degree is required, specialization in HR or a technical background is preferred.
• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR operations or generalist leadership role.
• Prior experience in engineering, industrial equipment, or technology-driven organizations strongly preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process discipline.
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and integrity.

Salary range: INR 17 - 20 LPA. Salary is negotiable based on the candidate's skills and experience. The company offers competitive incentive packages, medical care for self and family, and other benefits.
