Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with company policies. Daily tasks include managing employee records, conducting performance reviews, and developing training programs. Additionally, the HR Manager will handle conflict resolution, implement HR strategies, and ensure a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Relations
Experience with Performance Management and conducting Performance Reviews
Skills in Training and Development, and developing HR strategies
Familiarity with HR Compliance and workplace regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the food or retail industry is a plus
