Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both internal HR operations and external HR consultancy projects across industries. You'll work closely with our HR and technical teams to support end-to-end HR functions and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
• Support employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain HR databases, employee records, and ensure compliance with HR policies
• Assist with HR consulting projects such as HR audits, policy drafting, and performance management systems for clients
• Help organize employee engagement and training programs
• Conduct market research and contribute to HR reports and presentations
• Participate in internal process improvements and automation initiatives

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong interest in both corporate HR and HR consultancy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
