Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Operations Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of hands-on experience in payroll management, statutory compliance, and HR operational functions. You will be responsible for efficiently managing employee records, payroll processing, attendance, and benefits administration in line with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll including earnings, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements. Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement. Attendance & Leave Management: Track and manage employee attendance records and leave balances. Coordinate with managers for leave approvals and maintain accurate leave reports. Salary & Gratuity Calculations: Handle salary structure, revisions, and full & final settlements. Calculate gratuity as per applicable rules and update records accordingly. Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as ESIC, PF, and Professional Tax. Manage timely payments and filing of returns for ESIC, PF, and other labor laws. Employee Benefits Administration: New employee registration for PF & ESIC. Maintain updated records of employee benefits and assist with claims. HR Documentation & Database Management: Maintain accurate and updated employee records in both physical and digital formats. Assist in HR audits and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data. Advanced Excel Reporting: Generate and analyse HR MIS reports (payroll, attendance, Leave , etc.). Use pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced Excel functions for data analysis. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1 to 4 years of experience in HR operations with a focus on payroll and compliance. Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, Gratuity, etc.). Proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, etc.). Experience with HRMS or payroll software is preferred. Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
