Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR management.Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.Experience with HR software systems and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage teams and lead projects.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Experience in change management processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Familiarity with payroll systems and benefits administration.Understanding of recruitment strategies and talent management.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to continuous learning and development in HR practices.
