Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with 2+ years of experience in HR and business operations? We're looking for a versatile HR & Business Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Hyderabad.

What You'll Do:

Human Resources:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Support performance management processes and employee relations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

Business Operations:

• Oversee office administration, including managing supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
• Support various operational initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
• Coordinate and organize company events and meetings.
• Handle general administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth business flow.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in HR and business operations roles.
• Proven experience with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
