Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and implement HR initiatives across all functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management, and ensuring the HR strategies support the company’s mission, compliance, and growth in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions including R&D, QA/QC, Production, Regulatory, Sales & Marketing.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, pharma industry norms, and GMP/GLP standards.
  • Design and implement performance management systems, training programs, and employee development plans.
  • Manage HR operations including payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus Act, etc.), HRIS, and employee records.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and a positive work culture.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct HR audits and ensure HR SOPs and documentation are audit-ready.
  • Work with top management on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a recognized institute.
  • 6–10 years of HR experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, pharma regulatory requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRMS, payroll software, and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with audits (USFDA, WHO-GMP, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of shop floor HR and blue-collar workforce management.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.

Pay: ₹14,694.18 - ₹55,450.93 per month
