Job Description

DOQFY is a Contract Execution SaaS platform with a simple and user-friendly web application through which individuals and businesses can execute their documentation with eStamping and eSigning. By catering to a wide range of legal documentation services over B2B channels, DOQFY has become a pioneer in forging a lasting business relationships. Some of the core services include Contract Execution, eStamping and eSignatures. We believe in following a holistic approach to ensure that our clients receive the best advice at all times. Our Company is geared for efficiency and accessibility through the range of services we offer and how we interact with our client.

Responsibilities
1. Designing and updating job descriptions2. Crafting emails for attracting passive candidates3. Sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms.4.Screening incoming resumes as well as application forms5.Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g. in-person, phone, video)Preparing and distributing assignments as well as language, logical reasoning, and numerical tests6.Advertising jobs on careers pages, job boards, and social mediaProviding contacts of qualified applicants to the companys Hiring ManagersSending job offer and recruiting emails, and also answering queries related to compensation and benefits7.Monitoring HR metrics (e.g. source of hire, time-to-hire and time-to-fill etc.)Hosting recruitment events and participating in job fairs8.Collaborating with management for identifying future staffing needs9.Providing guidance and consultancy to new recruits and also helping them onboard

Requirements

1.At least a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
2.Prior experience as an HR Recruiter3. Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management etc.)4.Sound knowledge of all labor regulations5.Experience with resume databases, ATS and referral programs6.Sound knowledge of full cycle recruiting7.Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills8.Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
