As an HR Intern, you will learn hands on experience with multifarious aspects on people strategy and contributing to our overall business objectives. We are seeking a passionate and dynamic HR Intern to join our team and gain invaluable experience in the world of Human Resources in a global technology firm. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced HR professionals and contribute to various HR initiatives. You will gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates Schedule and conduct interviews Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires Employee Relations: Provide support to employees with queries and concerns Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts Contribute to employee engagement initiatives Performance Management: Support in the performance review process Assist in tracking employee performance metrics HRMS: Learn to use HRMS systems to manage employee data Assist in data analytics and report generation Other HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, such as training and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. Required Qualifications A people person with a strong sense of accountability and curiosity for constant learning and adaptation to emerging technologies Pursuing or completed MBA in Human Resources Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for people engagement and a keen interest in HR Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Proficiency in prompt engineering tools leveraging AI What You'll Gain Hands-on Experience: Work on real-world HR projects and gain practical experience.
