HR Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and maintaining HR records. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings. Handle onboarding and induction of new employees. Maintain and update employee records , attendance, and leave management systems. Support the payroll process and ensure timely submission of necessary data to the accounts department. Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and communications . Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Coordinate training and development sessions and track employee participation. Maintain compliance with labor laws and ensure company policies reflect the latest regulations. Organize employee engagement activities and support a positive work culture. Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and documentation . Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills . Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HRMS or HR software is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills . Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Positive attitude and a people-oriented approach. Preferred Qualifications: MBA in HR or related specialization.
