Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy HR & Administrative Assistant to manage a wide range of human resource and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and policy management. This role also includes training employees on our proprietary ERP software (FERObill) and coordinating with various internal departments. Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Draft and update HR policies to align with legal and company standards. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Administer employee onboarding, performance reviews, and exit processes. Training & Development Train employees on FERObill ERP software. Coordinate internal/external training programs and track employee development. Support career planning and succession management. Employee Relations & Engagement Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Handle employee queries and assist with conflict resolution. Organize employee engagement and team-building activities. Administrative & Compliance Tasks Analyze individual employee performance and prepare score reports. Manage HR meeting schedules and maintain communication logs. Ensure HR policy compliance, confidentiality, and assist with payroll/benefits administration. Requirements MBA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles. Proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant tools. Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
