Role Overview

Head of Operations & Tech

This is a high-ownership role where you’ll lead everything from process design and production ops to setting up the future ERP/no-code backend of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Manufacturing Ops

• Manage the full lifecycle: sampling → sourcing → production → dispatch
• Optimize TAT, cost, and vendor mapping across clusters and factories
• Track key SLAs across orders, reduce production bottlenecks, and enforce QC workflows
• Design payout systems, vendor onboarding flows, and fulfillment SOPs

Systems Building & Automation

• Use no-code tools to build internal tools and dashboards
• Translate production workflows into scalable, tech-enabled modules
• Evaluate and prepare for future ERP/middleware system integration
• Build and maintain clean, dynamic vendor, product, and order databases

Strategy & Team Building

• Hire and manage junior ops managers, sampling leads, and vendor coordinators
• Translate founder vision into actionable ops roadmaps
• Identify areas for automation, workflow redesign, and improved supply efficiency
• Drive experimentation and feedback loops to improve turnaround time and unit economics

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are:

• A builder — with 4–8 years experience in operations, consulting, product, or B2B ops
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to structure chaos
• An engineer or systems thinker (IIT/BITS/NIT or equivalent preferred)
• Familiar with supply chains, marketplaces, or manufacturing
• Bonus: exposure to apparel/fashion operations or direct vendor management
• Strong with tools, data dashboards, and ops-led problem solving
