Required Experience:

• Oversee

  arrival & departure

  formalities and crew/husbandry arrangements
• Manage all

  vessel import/export documentation

  (

  BL, Mate’s Receipt, Cargo Manifest, etc.

  )
• Coordinate with

  customs & port authorities

  (

  BOE, IGM, PHO, MRCC, VTMS

  )
• Ensure smooth communication with

  owners, masters, agents, terminals

• Handle

  costing, invoicing, and client follow-ups

• Supervise

  loading/discharge operations

  and ensure compliance with client specs
• Prepare

  TDR reports

  and operational updates post-sailing
• Lead branch team and ensure compliance with

  operational standards

• Communication Skills

  : Strong ability to communicate with port authorities, clients, vessel crew, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

• Attention to Detail

  : Precision in preparing and managing critical documentation, including customs and port forms.

  : Capable of managing multiple tasks and ensuring all aspects of vessel operations are handled efficiently.

• Able to manage the Branch operations and the large team
