Job Title: Head of Growth Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Reporting to: Co-Founders Experience: Minimum 5-6 years in E-Commerce Brand Growth Type: Full-time, In-Person About EUME: EUME is a premium Indian brand redefining the travel gear space through cutting-edge design, durability, and innovation. Since launching in 2018 via Kickstarter, we’ve scaled across categories — from luggage and backpacks to accessories — with patented products like the world’s first massager backpack, to one of India’s first Aluminium range of luggage. Our goal? To become India’s leading premium travel brand, to be #MakingMoves. (Please read the role requirements carefully before applying- there are some specifics!) :) Role Overview: We’re looking for a Growth Head who can take end-to-end ownership of EUME’s online revenue and profitability (D2C + Marketplace). This is a leadership role for someone who understands scaling an e-commerce brand — not just selling products, but building a brand and a solid digital business. Key Responsibilities: - Own the P&L for all online channels, including our D2C website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) - Lead the growth journey from 1 to 10 — across revenue, customer base, and brand loyalty - Build and optimise the customer lifecycle funnel — from first touchpoint to repeat purchases - Expand LTV in an anti-repeat category by building sub-categories, bundles, and re-engagement strategies - Work closely with performance marketing, creative, product, and ops teams to drive traffic, improve CVR, and scale ROAS - Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team; create clear KRAs and growth roadmaps for team members - Translate company goals into monthly, quarterly, and annual execution plans - Build the right analytics framework — define key metrics, build dashboards, and enable data-led decisions What You Should Bring: - Proven experience in scaling an e-commerce brand independently (0→1 or 1→10) - Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, funnel optimization, and repeat purchases - Strategic leadership experience with team-building, ownership, and execution clarity - Strong grasp of data analysis, cohort tracking, AOV improvement, and CRM-driven LTV growth - A passion for premium brands and experience in fashion/lifestyle/elevated AOV products - Comfortable working in high-agility environments with cross-functional collaboration Bonus If You Have: - Experience scaling a fashion or lifestyle brand with an AOV of ₹4,500+ in India - Worked in an omni-channel setup with limited physical retail presence (~3-5 stores) - Passion for team-first culture, entrepreneurial environments, and rapid experimentation Please Do Not Apply If: - You do not have direct experience with e-commerce brand growth - You prefer working solo or lack motivation for team-led progress Apply Now: Be part of a team building India’s next great consumer brand.
