Key Responsibilities

• Lead D2C Growth Strategy:

  Build and drive the overall D2C growth roadmap across channels, categories, and customer cohorts.

• Own the Funnel:

  Improve end-to-end funnel KPIs and repeat purchase rate.

• Drive Retention:

  Design retention strategies at a category/product level to increase repeat usage and improve lifetime value (LTV).

• Build Growth Loops:

  Leverage paid, organic, and product-led tactics (e.g., referrals, win-backs, upsells) to create sustainable growth engines.

• Enhance User Experience:

  Partner with product, tech, and design teams to optimize UI/UX, A/B test journeys, and implement CRO frameworks.

• Web & App Ownership:

  Manage the D2C experience across web and app platforms – from install-to-order optimization to organic acquisition and retention.

• Cross-functional Leadership:

  Lead integrated efforts across growth, performance marketing, tech, CRM, and design teams to deliver business outcomes.

• Work with Founders:

  Contribute to GTM strategies for new product launches and support expansion into new categories and geographies.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in D2C growth or eCommerce leadership roles, preferably in health, wellness, beauty, or personal care.
• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
