Key Responsibilities

POS Management & Analytics

1. Own day‑to‑day operation of the Wondersoft POS, ensuring data integrity and smooth cash‑up procedures.
2. Generate and circulate daily sales reports; reconcile POS revenue with finance.

Sales Accounting & Compliance

1. Post, verify, and file sales entries; coordinate with finance for GST/TDS accuracy.
2. Maintain orderly digital records for audits and internal reviews.

Inter‑System Seamlessness

1. Liaise between POS, Unicommerce (inventory), and internal reporting dashboards to maintain a single source of truth.
2. Troubleshoot data‑flow issues and escalate to tech support where required.

Mall & Store Coordination

1. Secure routine permissions (visual‑merch updates, promo kiosks, etc.) with mall authorities.
2. Document SOP deviations and recommend corrective actions.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ hands‑on experience with any leading retail POS; Wondersoft exposure is a major plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Retail Management, or Business Administration.
• Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort working with large datasets.
• Meticulous, deadline‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced premium retail environment.
