We seek a dynamic CRM & Retention Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement & retention to drive LTV. This role is pivotal in growing our user base and enhancing customer engagement across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will deeply understand user journeys, in-app marketing, and customer relationship management across digital media channels. You will be responsible for building and managing engagement funnels, designing effective campaign strategies, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimization.
