Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Video Creative Producer with a proven track record in creating high-converting video ads and compelling product videos. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in content production, specifically focusing on direct-to-consumer (D2C) video advertising. This role requires a creative thinker who can lead the development of video ads that drive strong return on ad spend (ROAS) on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, and work collaboratively with our team to develop innovative content ideas. Key Responsibilities: Video Ad Production: Lead the conceptualization and production of high-impact video ad content at high volume. Utilize your expertise in D2C video advertising to craft ads that resonate with our target audience and drive conversions. Experimentation & Analysis: Work closely with the growth team to conceptualize experiments and analyze performance to iteratively improve video ad output. Product Videos: Create compelling explainer and educational videos for our app and social media channels. Ensure that product videos effectively communicate features and benefits to the target audience. Social Media Campaigns: Plan and execute social media campaigns, particularly on Facebook and Instagram. Understand customer personas to tailor content and campaigns effectively. Collaboration & Innovation: Collaborate and brainstorm with other team members to generate innovative content ideas. Work cross-functionally to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies. Video Production Expertise: Handle all aspects of video production, from storyboarding to shooting and post-production. Maintain high production quality and ensure all content meets brand standards. Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in producing content, with a focus on video production for ads. Proven experience in creating high-converting video ads for D2C brands. Strong understanding of video ad elements that drive performance, experience in the fintech space is a plus. Hands-on experience with all aspects of video production, including storyboarding, sourcing and managing actors, ad shoot, and post-production. Excellent academic record throughout. Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week at our Bellandur office. Strong understanding of customer personas and social media dynamics. Experience in writing & creating content for multiple social media channels. Ability to develop content in both English and Hinglish. Show more Show less
