Job Summary:

Growth Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute growth-focused marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and product adoption.
Optimize landing pages, website funnels, and conversion paths for lead generation.
Manage and run paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Work with the content and design teams to create high-performing marketing assets.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
Conduct A/B testing, market research, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Monitor KPIs and report regularly on campaign outcomes and marketing ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital/growth marketing, preferably in a SaaS or B2B tech company.
Strong knowledge of
SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing
.
Experience with tools like
Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar
.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project management skills.

Good to Have:

Experience in performance marketing and funnel optimization.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles for landing pages and conversion strategies.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web analytics tracking setup.
